Kitchen Conceptual Designs:
We can work with your kitchen designs and ideas to create a functional, conceptual design that will guide our work. The conceptual design stage allows us to create the most efficient and cost effective methods to achieve your dream kitchen. We are always conscious of keeping projects on budget and this is where we can determine ideas to give you the most bang for your building buck.
The final process is brought to life by our talented design team with incredible 3D renderings of what your new space will look like. At this stage we can still easily make changes or move on to the detailed design.
Our experienced conceptual design team are also experts in permitting and construction requirements that are mandatory throughout the entire Metro
Vancouver and Fraser Valley regions. It is important to recognize any city permitting that may be required for your project as soon as possible. This is just another example of how we keep our clients’ projects on budget by avoiding any costly surprises resulting from permitting issues and delays.
Detailed Kitchen Design Plans:
After approval of the conceptual designs, we begin the process of compiling the detailed specifications for the kitchen renovation project. This will include exact dimensions, color palette and finishes right down to the last light fixture. You will see exactly what the finished renovation will look like and how it will work – before a single tool is lifted.
Kitchen Renovation Budget:
The conceptual and detailed designs provide us with the fastest, most accurate and cost effective way to help you understand the scope of the work and what it will cost. Final changes can be made at this stage to guarantee that your budget is being met. These details will be discussed and agreed upon between you and our renovation team. We can then set a fixed price for all the costs, for example; demolition, construction phase, etc.
Kitchen Reno Permits and Inspections:
We arrange the paperwork and application processes for permits, if required, to ensure your kitchen renovation project complies local building codes. We will arrange inspections that are necessary to each individual project.
