Townhouse Renovation Project
This complete townhouse renovation update transformed old and dated rooms into a beautiful and modern open living-room space with updates to the kitchen and bathrooms. We were able to handle every aspect of the project including creating a new laundry area with stacked washer and dryer, more closet space, gas fireplace and mantle installation, drywall repairs, baseboards, pot lights, painting and all the electrical and plumbing work.
New bathrooms feature custom built vanities and modern hardware, new shower with glass door and accessories, toilet, complimentary floor and shower tiling, ventilation, designer mirrors and new lighting fixtures.
By handling every step of the renovation process we were able to complete this project in a highly efficient manner, meeting the clients’ budget and timeline expectations.
